The proposed ordinance would set rules to what is permitted when installing solar systems on property.
Information may be reviewed at the Ely Township Office from noon to 4:00 pm Monday through Thursday. Anyone wishing to give testimony will be given the opportunity to be heard. Written comments will be received until the date of the hearing. This notice is posted in compliance with Public Act 110 of 2006, as amended, the Open Meeting Act MCLA 41.72A
