Hello all! We have had many new property owners in our Township this year, and would like to remind everyone that a Zoning Compliance Permit is necessary for any new structure on your property. Our zoning fee schedule has been updated as of July 1, 2023 and can be found below. I am also the individual who handles any Miscellaneous Debris complaints. Feel free to reach out to me to start that process. There are some current cases that the Township is working on, so if you have any questions, I will be able to answer them for you.
Our Planning Commission meets the second Monday of every month at 6:00pm, at the Ely Township Hall. This is the best way to express any concerns or ideas for the Township you may have.
